1- Please arrive on time; $20 late fee require after 15 minutes, appointments will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late

3-If you want to change your appointment date please let me know 2 days in advance

4- My Availability everyday from 9Am to 5Pm if you need before & After hours extra $25 fee require
